About Brent:
Brent Loebig is an Investment Committee member at 119th Street Capital, the private investment arm of First Bancshares Inc., a multi-generational, family-owned enterprise.
Previously, Brent spent over twenty-five years at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a partner in the firm’s Risk & Control Advisory group where his background in both accounting and IT proved invaluable to a variety of large, multi-national clients, including Sears, McDonald’s, and Procter & Gamble. Brent also spent seven years as an executive recruiter with Gilman Partners, placing executives in accounting, finance, IT and other professional service roles.
Brent received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Miami University of Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
